My Favorite CBD Green Smoothie
This smoothie recipe is a fan favorite in my house. Jam-packed with healthy greens, you may find yourself licking the blender clean!
This green smoothie is great for those mornings when my anxiety is acting up.
Even on those days when I find that my brain isn’t anxious but my body is, this smoothie has a way of calming my nerves like no other.
For this delicious recipe, you will need:
Ingredients
- 1 banana.
- 1 cup of fresh spinach.
- ½ of fresh avocado.
- ½ of fresh cucumber.
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
- 1 cup of almond milk.
- Fresh mint leaves.
- 2 ml of DocCBD’s Calm Tincture.
DocCBD’s calm tincture has an Appalachian mint flavor that is not overpowering in this smoothie.
This tincture comes with a dropper tool for accurate dosing. 2 ml of this tincture is equivalent to 1 dropper full.
Directions
- Peel your banana and cut it into thirds.
- Open an avocado and save the other half for later.
- Cut a cucumber in half and put away 1 half.
- Chop your half of the cucumber to allow it to blend out smoothly in the blender.
- Add the banana, avocado, cucumber, and spinach to your blender.
- Measure 1 tablespoon of honey and add it to your blender.
- Add your cup of almond milk to your blender.
- Grab your CBD tincture and add 2 ml (or 1 dropper full) to your blender.*
- *Note that it is important to start low and slow with CBD. You can add more CBD to your smoothie if you need it later.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite cup and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

- 1 teaspoon of honey.
- ½ cup of soy milk.
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
- 1 ml of Blue Botanicals Chocolate Pure CBD Oil.

You can select your desired strength level and adjust your CBD dose in this smoothie as needed.

- Peel your banana and cut it into thirds; add it to your blender. You are welcome to use a frozen banana if you’d like!
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped strawberries and add to your blender.
- Add ½ cup of your favorite vanilla yogurt. The store brand works fine for me, but you can choose whichever brand you prefer. You can choose to use Greek yogurt for a boost of protein.
- Add 1 teaspoon of honey to your blender.
- Add ½ cup of your preferred milk; I prefer soy milk, but almond or coconut milk would also work.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
- Add 1 serving (1 ml) of pure chocolate CBD oil to your blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a cup or bowl and enjoy!
Occasionally I will eat this as a smoothie bowl. You can mix in chopped fruit and nuts of your choice and eat it with a spoon.
If you choose to use Greek yogurt and add in nuts, you can eat this as a healthy meal replacement full of protein.
This smoothie is great for winding down after a long day. Adding chopped fruit and nuts and eating this smoothie as a bowl with a spoon makes it a healthier alternative to dessert.
Tropical Pineapple Mango CBD Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect for anyone dreaming of a tropical vacation.
One sip, and you will be transported right to the beach! Ok, not really, but the euphoria earned from this smoothie is just as lovely.
For this recipe, you will need the following:
Ingredients
- ½ cup of banana.
- ½ cup of fresh mango.
- ½ cup of fresh pineapple.
- ½ cup of coconut milk.
- 1 teaspoon of honey or agave.
- 1-2 ml of CBD Naturals Pineapple Flavored Tincture.
CBD Naturals pineapple flavored tincture will have your tastebuds jumping for joy. This all-natural product takes no shortcuts when it comes to quality.
The entire bottle is 30 ml and contains 150 mg of CBD.
Directions
- Peel and cut your banana into thirds, and add it to the blender.
- Cut open a mango and save 1 half for later. Cut the other half so it will blend smoothly in the blender.
- Add a half cup of pineapple – I find it best to cut it into chunks as it blends smoother.
- Mix in a half cup of coconut milk in the blender.
- Add 1 teaspoon of either honey or agave – your choice.
- Add 1 serving of pineapple-flavored tincture.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
If you find it a bit too tart for your liking, add more coconut milk or honey/agave.
Additionally, you can add frozen strawberries to this smoothie for a bolder flavor.
Chocolate Peanut Butter CBD Smoothie
The final smoothie recipe is a classic. Who doesn’t love chocolate and peanut butter?!
For this smoothie, you will need the following:
Ingredients
- 1 banana.
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder.
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
- 1 teaspoon of honey.
- 1 ml of Blue Botanicals Chocolate Pure CBD Oil.
The Blue Botanicals CBD oil is so versatile and can be added to several different drinks and smoothies.
If you feel extra sweet, add a scoop of chocolate or coffee-flavored ice cream to this recipe.
I have also added protein powder in the past, which turned out delicious.
